The Luton Choral Society has over 50 members, mostly drawn from Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, performing works from both the traditional repertoire as well as music by contemporary composers.

The Luton Music Club promotes a series of concerts, largely of chamber and instrumental music, between October and March Luton Library Theatre.

The Luton Symphony Orchestra,  presents concerts of standard orchestral repertoire, often with young Bedfordshire musicians as concerto soloists. Many players from the Bedfordshire Symphony Orchestra and Sinfonia also play in the Luton Symphony Orchestra concerts.

Making Music of which Bedfordshire Orchestral Society is a member represents and supports  over 3,000 voluntary and amateur music groups throughout the UK.
