The Society promotes two orchestras: the Bedfordshire Symphony Orchestra and Bedford
Sinfonia. This year the two orchestras are playing thirteen concerts in and around
Bedford.

Jaroslaw Nadrzycki returns to Bedford for the third season running. He features as the soloist in the next Bedford Sinfonia concert. The full programme for this concert is given on the Next Concerts page.

Jaroslaw Nadrzycki was born in Zagan, Poland. When he was 12, he made his Moscow debut with The Moscow Conservatoire Orchestra in the Tchaikovsky Conservatory Great Hall. He graduated with honours from I. J. Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznan and the Royal Academy of Music under the direction of Professor Igor Petrushevski. Jaroslaw has played, to great acclaim, concerts in the USA, Korea, Austria, Germany, Montenegro, Croatia, Switzerland, UK, Italy, France, Russia, Lithuania, Venezuela and Finland. His concerts have been televised by television stations including Mezzo TV, Romanian National TV Station, Polish National TV Station, TV Polonia, Montenegro National TV, Venezuelan National TV, and Austrian National TV ORF. In the 2011/12 season Jaroslaw will play the Khachaturian concerto with Valery Gergiev in St Petersburg’s Mariinsky Theatre. He will also be performing this concerto with Vladimir Jurovski and the LPO.
